wonder about "goodness " ?

I leave it to you to find all the definitions for this noun. Nonetheless, here are some of the most significant ones:

  • the quality or state of being good.
  • Vegetables have natural goodness.
  • used interjectionally or in phrases especially to express mild surprise or shock "oh, my goodness !" "goodness knows."

Under the circumstances. and pressed by my relentless search for the truth, I have to face the fact that the evidentiality of 29 chemicals inside the human body, due to the "veggie goodness" of our times, I need to consider to use "goodness" as a panic button:

Eating all the good organic veggies, fruits, legumes (after checking their testability, evidentiality- qualification) won't be enough for “mental goodness-fitnes” Mental health main ingredient is list of “responsibilities” in a variety of things. One is FACTS. No matter what in “goodness gracious heavens” we do, only truth can “set us free.” Hard to swallow sometimes.
